My favorite tool to brain dump is ClickUp. ClickUp is a feature rich, task and project management tool. You can check it out at https://bluboxdigital.com/clickup. I love to get all of those random ideas out of my head. I create a task for each one in ClickUp and assign it a later date which helps me prioritize my workload for everyday of the week. If I take notes at a meeting I immediately enter my action items into my ClickUp when I return to my desk or use the ClickUp app on my phone.
