Here’s how our office works to make our relationship and work flow as smooth as possible.


Meetings and Phone Calls

All meetings and phone calls are scheduled in advance. Please use our online calendar to schedule your meeting https://tidycal.com/melissairvin

*Please note meetings not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be invoiced since this time was reserved for your business.

Messages/Emails

Please send all tasks and project requests via email. Emails are answered during business hours. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Text Messaging

Please do not send tasks via text messages. Text messages sent after office hours will be answered during the next business day.

Urgent or Rushed Tasks and Projects

We do our very best to complete all tasks and projects in a timely manner or as estimated. If you have an urgent request please note there will be a 50% upcharge for rushed jobs.

Payments and Invoicing

Invoices are sent out on the 1st of every month, if the 1st is on a weekend or holiday invoices will be sent the following business day. Payments are due upon receipt. Late fees are added after 15 days.

Setup Fees

All setup fees and deposits are non refundable.

Canceling Services

All clients are required to give a 30 day written notice upon canceling services. You can send your written request to melissa@bluboxdigital.com
